Battle River Race Series Standings
(after 5 races)
Appeals may only be completed by coaches to Race Directors.
Athletes/Parents must contact coaches.
Appeals where a bib was worn incorrectly can not be considered.
First, thank you to everyone for your patience on Thursday while we addressed severe software issues with our primary timing equipment.
To ensure accuracy, the final results were recreated using the following independent backup methods:
Video Backup: The finish order was rebuilt using a continuous video recording of the finish line. When a runner's bib was clearly visible, their placement was recorded as they crossed the line and cross-referenced with paper copies.
Paper Backup: If a bib was not clearly visible in the video, placements were verified against three separate paper backup logs.
Important Note on Missing Athletes & Bib Placement: A few unknown athletes—specifically those running without a bib, or with their bib covered by clothing or worn on their back—could not be placed. These missing placements cannot be adjusted for this race, and those athletes will not appear in the final results. Please ensure your athletes wear their assigned bibs clearly visible on the front of their shirts for future races.
If you spot any potential errors in any of the races, coaches need to contact the race director. The timing crew will only address issues through the proper channels.
